Oblivion Main Story Quest Question

Ok well I got stuck on this quite a while ago but I put it off and did some other things in the game thinking I might figure out what it means and I couldn't. Anyway I am on the second phase of the main quest (working on the third storyline achievment for you xbox users).

I am on the Path of Dawn quest. I got all 4 books and there is supposed to be a message within the writing, it says I should study the books some more. So first I just tried paging through the books, that didn't help. Then I took the first letter of each paragraph and it spelled out "Green Emperor Way Where Tower Touches Midday Sun" well I have no clue what this means but I guess I am supposed to go there. I asked Zedd about this and he told me to go to some lake that was northeast of the imperial city but I think this may have been later in the quest because I got there and I found a cave. The cave had a locked door which needed a key and a boulder that I couldn't move.

Thanks for any help, hopefully getting back on track with the main quest will get me back into this game.

IIRC you have to go back to Martin, he figures out what you have to do. edit: no, it's Tar-Meena, not Martin. You have to go back to her, and after a day she'll have some hints for you, after two days she'll have the solution.

edit2:Here's the solution, BTW. You hvae to go to Green Emperor Way, in the Imperial Palace district, and wait there till noon. Then just follow your quest marker, and it'll be pretty obvious from there.
