I've heard lot of people get frustrated because they can't host an image, but fortunately, there is a site that will solve all you're problems:

Free, instant image hosting! No need to sign in, the images stay forever, they aren't compressed or watermarked! The only limitation is a 650kb cap on image size, but that still means that you can upload high-quality digital photos and the like!
