no, not how to beat the levels, beat them already.
i need help on how to turn off the texture filtering(bilinear filtering) and minimizing the resolution to 320x240. any one who knows how to tweak the game, please tell me.

Hmm maybe look for some sort of config file and edit it the hard way. I cannot tell you what the name would be though because I do not own the game.

Welder, usuaully you can contact the game maker and they will send you a new serial for a small fee, provided that you can prove you acctually own the game.

I am not really sure, as I have never had to do such a thing. You may want to try some links on the Support page (http://eatech.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/eatech.cfg/php/enduser/cci/home.php)

Ok, Donjo had a really good idea to solve my problem with the serial number for global operations but the support site isn't responding to my requests for a new serial number. Does anyone have any other ideas or useful hints? This is driving me crazy. I loved this game now I can't play because I got a new computer. Please help. Thanks.

The only way to get a new number is through the game's company.

If the game's official website has its own forums, or the development or publisher of the game have their own forums, perhaps they will have a more precise method of getting the number.

Send repeat emails to their support every couple of days requesting assitence.

Is there any kind of a phone number to the company that you can call ??

Although, without the receipt as proof of purchase, you may be out of luck.

Future reference: Absolutely always keep your receipt when buying games. Oh, and keep those manuals and cases in a safe place. If nothing else, dump them into a box and shove it in the back of your closet. At least you'll always know where to find the things.
