I second Call of Duty 2. Granted, I am playing it on the 360 but they are the same game. Kathy wants to play the new Prince of Persia and I wouldn't mind trying the movies. All the other games on the list really do not interest me though.

I agree with Civ IV, but a big old "meh" for the rest of the games on that particular list.

PoP: The Two Thrones... Heard way too much good things about this instalment that I would want to give it a go too.

AoE III - Nope. Not a fan of RTSs
CoD 2 - Yup. The demo is killer, I can only imagine how fun the full retail is.
CoV - Nope. I was in CoV beta, and couldn't escape the feeling that I was playing the CoH equivalent of the Star Trek episode, "Mirror, Mirror", in which the crew of the enterprise meet their evil counterparts in an parallel universe.
Civ IV - Nope. See AoE III.
F.E.A.R. - I've only spent about a half hour with it so far, and already experienced several tense moments and a major case of goose bumps. I am very impressed.
Getting Up - Nope. Never heard of it 'til now, but I have no interest in the premise.
The Movies - This game has two modes of play. One starts you in the 1930's(?) as an burgeoning movie moguel, the other lets you skip all that and create your own movies. It's called "Sandbox" mode. Unfortunately, you don't have access to much of the high-tech filmming tools available in the game, while in Sandbox mode, that you would have access to if you played through the campaign first. I don't like games that force one mode of play before I can enjoy another. Additionally, the animations available for characters in Sandbox mode are all stock templates and can't be manipulated. Furthermore, additional props and costumes are only available via purchase online with points earned from peer reviews of films you submit to the game's web site. I'm assuming the system is designed to promote actual community involvement online. No, thanks.
Need for Speed Most Wanted - Nope. Not a fan of racing games.
Peter Jackson's King Kong - Nope. While I've seen both the 1930 and '75 versions of Kong, the premise did little for me to have any interest Jackson's treatment. I have zero interest in the game.
Prince of Persia - Nope. Never been a fan of the franchise.

Looks like this list applies to games just recently released. Except for FEAR, none imo qualify as must haves. How about adding Half-Life 2, Stubbs the Zombie, SWAT4, Vampire Bloodlines, W40K Dawn of war, Farhenreit....
