If this a publically released movie? because I would like to be able to upload this at my website to write a short article about but im not shore is it's aloud or anything :s

I don't think that would be a problem Mike. As I noted in the above post, the movie is from Gamershell, as I believe 3dgamers deals only with PC Games, so this movie was not posted on the Main Page.

I'm sure this is a public release, so uploading it to your site should be fine. If you still have reservations, then you might want to shoot an E-mail, or a PM to one of the Staff at Gamershell.
