More details on the Guild Wars expansion

For those who don't want to read, they're adding two new classes, new types of PvP and PvE and of course, the usual more varied environments, more quests, more weapons and armor thing. They also say the expansion is stand-alone, so you don't have to own the original.

Personally, I can't wait. :)

I hope they make the quests less tedius, long and fed-x styled. That really killed the game for me. Also, I want more random and unique drops. Also, more varied enemies in each environment and secret areas and dungeons to make exploring have a point.

There is another free weekend preview event starting on January 20. It will introduce some of the new PvP features. If you already have the original you don't have to do anything to participate, but if you don't, you have to download the client (very small download) at www.guildwars.com and type in one of these keys when the event begins :
