At last, my friends, the time has come. After five and a half long years, Lazarus is complete. The first Ultima remake project to ever actually reach the finish line....weighing in at over 500 megabytes, with nearly 300 unique NPCs, and literally hundreds of hours of play value, Lazarus is HERE!


The game is available for both PC and Mac, though currently only in English--French and German versions will be forthcoming. So make sure you've got your copy of Dungeon Siege patched up to date, download Lazarus, and enjoy!

There is currently only a Bit Torrent download for it and He is looking for mirror(s) to put this out there for all us gamers (Free BTW).


I remember trying a quick demo of this a few years ago... I've been looking forward to this all that time :wink:

That is a great find, thanks Ron. Hopefully they will have a mirror soon so I can download it. Course, that also means reinstalling Dungeon Siege. At least that game will finally serve a purpose.

I have not played any of the Ultima's, so is there anything I should know before diving in?

Not really... It's the same idea;

Bad Guy wants to dominate or Destroy everything and you are the avatar of all things good :thumbup:

But seriously not much is required to know about the Ultima world before playing any of them (not that I remember other then the Ultima Underworld series).
