Yippeee! Let's hope this is the first of many. Florida has also passed an anti-spamming law. It's illegal now to use a misleading subject line in an email to entice people to open spam.

Tweaking our junk mail filters at work is taking up a lot of my time. It's now a daily routine every morning.
My junk mailbox at work receives around 300 junk mailings a day now.
We need a law right now to outlaw spyware and junk email. This is not freedom of speech people. It's invasion of privacy.
