Man, is this game great! I needed something that could run on my modest laptop well, but I could play once the desktop is back up to. I've got to say, it is addictive for many reasons!

The graphics are excellent. They are about on par with the Sims 2, but with much more detailed lots and a much larger area to cover. Even so, it runs great for me at 10x7 and medium details.

The sound is there too! Little actual voicework, but great background music and the few bits you do hear are done well.

The game is suprisinly simple, relying on drag and drop techniques similar to BnW games.

Heck, my new hit director is Peter Molyneux himself, he walked up looking for a job!

I haven't played in Sandbox mode yet, but have been slowly progressing to that area as I have been getting tougher and tougher jobs.

Great game, anyone else think so?

Well my g/f bought herself this gem today. I always thought this game would be another The Sims type of game with low quality production. Pretty much we've been taking turns hogging the game since noon. I'll be going to pick up my own copy tomorrow since I can't do much with her playing it constantly on my old comp.

But from what I played the game is great, you can create your own scenes quite easly and there is alot of options. I've been looking around and the game already has a big community with people uploading their movies faster then anyone can watch them. Some of them are of pretty good quality.

Not trying to steal my thunder are you!?

Hehe, no problem. I, too, got the game for a few reasons. I have yet to be disappointed!

Have you delved into the custom script office yet? It is really fun to get on the ground floor of the movie making process!

Guess I need to read some in-depth reviews to find out if it's "for me." People are indeed saying good things about it.

I watched a couple of user made movies online, they were of course really brief and were more like "scenes" than movies...which was expected (and also very boring or stupid usually, hehe).

Seems LH has put all of their efforts into this game instead of fixing B&W2!!
