Are there any patches out yet for COD2? My system is not the newest,,, but I have to run DirectX7,, or the frame rates are unplayable... Guess I'm not used to turn details down so much... Cool game though....

Seeings that it is also an XBOX360 title, I am sure it takes a mean machine to run. But you should at least be able to run with shaders at a lower level. I think I had heard something about a bug with DX9, not sure, but you might visit the official or a fansite forums and see if there is anything to it.

Thanks Donshyoku,,, I do believe there might be a bug with DX9,,, as I play COD,,, Far Cry,, Unreal4,,, with no problems... I am planning my next gaming rig but will be after Christmas... Maybe a patch will help....
