Help, im always getting high pings in Thailand ???

Hi,

I have just started online gaming again.

I used to play a lot in England about 2 years ago, how ever i am now based in Thailand and have a 2 meg connection.

I only have Viet-cong 1 game at the moment and i cant seem to be able to play properly because of High pings, the lowest i get is aoround 200.

i do'nt want to buy anymore games before i know i can play online properly.

Why am i getting High pings?

does anyone know what i can do?

So nobody knows then, there must be servers in Australia, singapore ect where i can get low pings?

is 2 megs the fastest service available there? whats the upstream speed?
