:mad: hiya, in far cry, all the light seems to be way too bright or way too dark and i cant fix it. if any1 can help that would be great

i left everything at the auto-detect settings and somehow the light still seems really blown-out

never mind, me and my sexiness fixed it with a handy in-game console, those are great arent they?

it would be useful if you would post exactly how you fixed your problem, as i also have the same problem..my lighting seems too bright and weird looking im not sure whats up with it, its the same on the autodetected settings, high and low settings and i cant seem to find any other places that have any info about this problem

I have the same problem with my Nvidia 6800 - lighting is all screwed up (too bright) and the shadows are all weird and blocky looking.

Would like to know what ya did myself.

download the latest patch, i did i the hard way then found the patch ARGG!

I have it patched to 1.31 now and it runs great.
