Battlefield 2 v1.02 Patch available!

Fingers crossed that it will be ok this time. It was very annoying having to uninstall and then reinstall BF2. Although it was very easy to back up all of the config files.

A friend and my brother have been on all morning and it seems that all is under control. I am going to go play now.

not for me, the patch pretty much made the game unplayable.

I get "there's a problem with your connection" messages so often now that it's ridicolus, and then shortly after "connection to server lost" and i'm kicked.
