The Mexican Air Force has released footage of what appear to be unidentified flying objects picked up by an infrared camera as they whizzed around a surveillance plane.

Do I believe that there are unidentified flying objects? Sure. A UFO is just what the name implies: something seen in the sky that we're not sure what it is, whether it be a weather balloon catching the sunlight in an akward way, an unclassifed military aircraft, a foreign aircraft on a reconnaissance mission, a meteor, or whatever.

Do I believe that we've been visited by flying saucers piloted by extraterrestrial life forms? No. Not enough substantial evidence to warrant my belief in such as of yet.

A lot of UFO's are part of a military project. People were seeing a black triangle shaped UFO for a period of 20 years. Everyone thought they must be aliens Eventually, the army unclassified the f1-17 stealth bomber. I believe the saucer shaped craft that people have been seeing is probably a prototype for the next generation of aircraft being developed by the army.
