Is blackwing lair coming out today? They did mention that there would be 2 extra hours of downtime and they said the patch was coming the end of june or the beginning of july, so hopefully it does.

I do not think there is any patch at all. When I try to log on there is no download so I am fairly certain that this is just maintanence. "working as intended" I suppose. But, I can not get the main World of Warcraft page to come up so can't confirm that.
