Yep. That's about right.

The government's major policy idea centres on the rejuvenation of the family and trying to reverse the aging trend. it is also founded on the idea that the civil society is built on intact nuclear families.

But this is just a dumb way to do it. Yay! We'll give money to you for having kids! Let us BUY your vote! And your kids vote in the future!

Hopefully it doesn't work. But people still vote for him, even after all the promisses he has broken over the years.
