Emergency 3 Mission 5

I am stuck on mission 5 the one with the coach crash on the motorway. Objective secure crash site and rescue every1 etc. The problem is a dam cutscene starts after being on the mission for about 5 minutes of a car coming down my side of the bypass and crashing straight into the crash site. Ive tried everything roadblock the lot. The road block stops the car clean in its track but the mission still says u failed. Can any1 shed any light on this it'd be much appreciated.

You need to deploy the road block after the start of the slip lane and set up cops to re-direct the traffic.

This happened to me loads too, finally got it to work by using 2 roadblocks and 2 cops re-directing traffic.

I have accomplished all the tasks but getting the people off the sid eoff the highway. I have handcuffed all of them and took them to the side and kept them there until after the mission. yet it never says the mission is complete because You need to move all bystanders to the side. How do I do this and get all of them or where are they

You don't need to arrest/handcuff these people. Just get your cops to talk to them and they will jump back in their cars and speed off.
