Vice City mods or total convertions needed

I am still enjoying vice city, however, the game has became a bit boring since I explored almost everything there.
I wonder whether there are any convertions of this game. Maybe something where you get more unique weapons, maybe there many broken and burning cars around and all the citizens become zombies? That would be cool?
Or maybe something matrix-ish?
When I was escaping police or doing some of my taxi cab missons I was listening to the "MP3 Player" where I inserted soundtracks from Matrix Reloaded and Revolutions, that felt cool, especially when I heard the highway chase soundtrack.

I tried to find some info on google but was unsuccessful. Help?

I remember there were a few. There used to be even a multiplayer mod for this. Sry that I cant help ya located it since I have no idea where it coule be either.

There's the Ultimate Vice City mod but I totally forgot where to get it. You could just do a google search. To be honest, I don't like it that much, but it does change all the original cars to very well modeled super cars...
