What are the chances that I'd be in the same gaming clan as Tom Servo, which has been a regular here supposedly!

He goes "You know them?!?" And I say "You see gotanys avatar? I MADE IT" (and what a POS avatar it is :yes: )

And other PCGW peeps I should know about? (Im about to go look at the member list)

Howdy A-man.

I just discovered this brand new forum community by pure chance on the very day it opened and it turned out to be the new home of the same group of regulars and that we had at the old Gamespot boards before moving to a separate, independent web site.

Stick around and have fun. The main 3D Gamers site has always been on my bookmark list along with our old haunt and there's no reason we can't all support them both, join forces for clans, compare gaming notes and share news.

BTW, those new PCGW servers really suck don't they? I can not even get the main forum index page to load half the time and we all lost several days worth of recent postings during the transition. I've also noticed that some of the recently appointed moderators are taking their new duties WAY too seriously. And, as we all know, Holt never did pay much attention to the forums. If that situation doesn't change soon, I'll have no choice but to stop going there altogether. That would be a shame too because we have a good core group and some of us have been regular visitors for well over 5 years between the old and new site / message boards.

It stands for PC Gameworld - an idependent game site with a good forum community that's been going for quite a while now under various formats. They are now part of the expanded Gameworld Network, affiliated with UGO.net.
