From Yahoo Movies:
Watch the trailer for 'The Bourne Supremacy,' featuring the return of Matt Damon as a former assassin identified as Jason Bourne. When someone starts a new round of killings using the "Bourne Identity," the original Bourne will stop at nothing until he clears his name.

Doesn't look like the same woman he was with in the first one. I wonder if she's going to be in this sequel at all ??

The same woman is in it Gaim. I saw the trailer during Van Helsing and it looks like most (if not all) the original characters return.
In that shot posted by fozol, that's the girl from the first one that was always on the computer and phone hiring the agents to hunt jason. In the new movie Jason brings the fight to them, which is why he has a hold of her.
The trailer that was in the movies looked really good.

While shopping for the latest Sword of Truth book, I saw a few books about Bourne as well =] I wonder if the movie is based on one

Thanks, Cap'n !!
I recognized the actress, but totally forgot that she was the phone jockey in the agency's satellite office from the first flick.
Unless the actors are particularly bad, or their characters are specifically unimportant/unrelated, I usually prefer to see original cast members return for sequels.

Ah hah! Phone Jockey, that's the term I was lookin for. Sounds much better than "lady on the phone/computer".
Hmmmm.....who said I didn't intentionaly call you fozol? Then again we all know how horrible my speeeling is. Srry Fizzol.

The Bourne Identity novel is superior to the movie, which is a good thing, considering that the movie was pretty damned good.
I'm looking forward to this. The cast was very good.

I didn't mind the changes they made from the book to the movie. The bad guy in the book was Carlos the Jackal (no that's not a spoiler). They have made enough movies about that guy, so they really needed to change the plot, IMO.
Raf, I only read The Bourne Identity, but I definitely recommend it. I think I'll pick up the others, now that I think about it.

Great book(s), the 1st movie was pretty good, but the books are better overall...so far. )
Suprisingly enough, I though Matt Damon did a great job, I was a little tepid when they annouced he was playing Jason, but was pleasantly suprised in the end.
Now I wish somebody would re-work the Ludlam books... I was watching the 4th Protocol on HDNet Movies last week and the movie was so boring compared to the book, but alas, they probably wouldn't due to the whole plot surrounding the Soviets and a nuclear threat. Or worse, they'd probably butcher it up like The Sum of All Fears... btw, If you own that DVD, listen to the commentary track with Tom Clancy. It's a riot.
"Hi, I'm Tom Clancy, the guy who's book they ignored..."

Not sure if you were referring to these, but actually, The Jackal and Day of the Jackal aren't about Carlos. :)

Cool. Looking forward to the sequel. I really enjoyed the first one. Oh, and the actress from the first one is a German actress named Framke Potente (Run Lola Run). She doesn't get a lot of exposure in the states, so it's good to see her in more American movies.

Well, I did think the one with Bruce Willis was about Carlos. Didn't see it though, so if it's not I stand corrected. Right around the same time, there was another movie called The Assignment. (Had to Google that one, but I remember a few movies hitting at the same time).
