Ubi Soft Entertainment sends along the playable demo for Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30, allowing you to try out the World War II tactical first-person shooter by Gearbox Software. This demo contains a tutorial, a cinematic intro and two chapters from the full game, titled Rendezvous with Destiny and Action at Vierville.

Definately liking this game concept, but unwilling to pay $50 for yet another WW2 game.

I will give the demo a shot and see if it turns me, but I am guessing I will wait for this one to hit the clearance rack.

Wont be long before it hits clearance... About 1 week after release I've seen the game in a few stores for around $30 and just seen it a few days about for $20.

Thanks, but I'll pass on that demo.

The only decent game store we have is an EB and they never mark things down. Doom 3 is still at $40 IIRC.

Wal-Mart doesn't keep a big stock so after they sell the few they have, they don't have any more to bump down in price.

Have the demo. Haven't installed it yet, though it is said that it isn't JUST another WWII shooter. It's supposed to be AMAZING. We'll see...
