Converting WAV to MP3

I need a program that will convert my cd's into mp3. I would like it to have 193kbps encoding, but 160kbps is good enough. Also I would like it to have the autotag feature in which it automatically gets the name of artist and song from the internet.

Any sugestions?

Is there anyway to not install the browser search bar applicaton?

yes. You just say "no" to that option when it asks in the installation.

Thanx Dan, I tried it out and it works like a charm! Now I have good quality spanish music cuz all I could find was plain old 128kbps.
