The demo does not show up in your Add/remove prgrams list. It does not show up in the Start menu programs directory. And finally I see absolutely no uninstaller in the game's directory. It looks like the only way to remove this garbage from my rig is to manually delete the files and then go in and clean any registry entries. Even the most basic freeware games usually come with a damned uninstaller. At the very least you can use the Add/remove.
To not include an uninstaller with a fairly high profile game demo is some bush league programming. Beware, this game is getting rushed out the door.
BTW: If anyone has any ideas or knowledge of where an uninstaller might be hidden....Please tell me.

I haven't heard much good at all about this demo. I DL'd the demo but I've decided just to deep six it. It's a shame... seems like a waste of bandwidth. But any motivation I had for trying it out is gone.
Makes you wonder why they'd release a demo as crappy as this one seems to be? If anything, such poor feedback on the demo will hurt sales after release, not promote sales. Someone wasn't thinking with their head on straight.

I can confirm GAP's post as well. The demo itself is crap too, doesn't help.

^yeah, it looks like the game is nowhere near ready. The NPCs just stand there in the same spot. Enemies come and it is like the NPCs aren't even there. You spawn in a spot where these enemies just roll out of the woodwork before you can get a chance to become a little familiar with the interface. The character movement animations look off. This feels like a really bad bug-riddled attempt at 3rd person Diablo. Big mistake to release this demo.

The demo definitely has flaws, but it may be a beta of the game. Here'e the official forum page. The developers are replying to the complaints there, and have already made some changes. They seem to really want to correct the problems. Someone compared the issues with Ultima IX. That is not true, Ultima was worse!
Saying the demo is crap isn't really true. The demo works, but has issues, like using the shift key to pick up items, no uninstall, and all the respawning.
