Does this game have a single player component?
If so, is it the same as the PC version single player?
I am not interested in MP and don't have XBox Live, and am looking for a good, cheap action game for my Xbox other than Halo.
I'm gonna check out Mercenaries on the XM demo disc also, but, every time I see RTCW for $20 I want to get it.

Yes, it's the same SP, and they added a bit in the beginning, I didn't paly it much because I found it was quite boring. It's quite boring, and I wouldn't reccommend it for the SP.

I actually liked the SP on the PC, just never finished it - thanks though - for $15-$20 it was that or MOH for the Xbox. But I've already played MOH:AA five times over and have no desire to do it again on a console.
Dunno, maybe I'll go for COD on the Xbox even though it got so-so reviews.

I picked up RTCW yesterday for my Xbox and love it!!! With my S-video this game looks awesome on my tube as well.
They did add an entire new level to the beginning of the game and it actually looks like something that was left out of the PC game for some reason as it introduces the story line (nothing special).
I guess I am one of the few who really liked the RTCW SP. For $20 you can't beat it. I need to get on XBLive. Just don't feel like paying $100 for a wireless router.
Now I need to get me some more Xbox shooters/action games! Frontline and Mercenaries top the list.
