Heya folks :). Just saying hi, I come from the Adrenaline Vault PC forums (RIP?), I see a lot of my fellow posters have migrated over here, so I'm following the crowd. :D:

I mostly play Nethack and Everquest 2 these days, but I do some Moonbase Commander, Chess, Star Chamber, and a few others here and there.

Yeah, it's pretty silly I have a $3000 computer to play games you could play on a 468. *sigh* At least EQ2 runs beautifully :).

Anyway, I'll see you guys in the forum!

As for Nethack, it's a 20 year old game, so it's not for everyone. It's a free download from http://nethack.org/ but you'll wanna read the spoiler page, or you'll just die a lot. That's at http://www.statslab.cam.ac.uk/~eva/nethack/spoilerlist.html

The Avaultites are probably sick of hearing me talk about it haha.

It's been a week, what happened with the public notice, or info, or something... anything that was supposed to be relayed from the owners to the membership over there ??

Any word of any kind yet ??
I see that the website is still untouched.

I don't know. Only 1 day left for it to be this week. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one that's a little bit perplexed about how New World's doing nothing at all. In fact, all that's been changed on the web site is one digit: the copywrite notice at the bottom to 2005 instead of 2004. If that's the big announcement, then I must have missed the fireworks :face4:
