Whelp... my grandfather would certainly be disappointed! So am I, I had a 1966 olds cutlass conv. tricked out for street racing when I was young.

1. Yes that is sad isn't it?

2. And yes, there were cars in 1897.

But none in mass production that were affordbale to the average person. Ford invented that a few years later.

Matter of fact, there have been cars in some form for a long time now.
