Hearts of Iron 2 demo is out

Its a sequel to Hearts of Iron from the makers who brought us Europa Universalis games (you may have heard of me rave about it) =]

I'm actually very suprised they released a demo of this game so I'm grabbing it now like a loyal fan of Paradox that I am since its still a long wait to January 4th till release.

looks like positive feedback from EU/HoI vets which I shoudl fit right in.

For those of you who never played this type of epic strategy game... you might be a bit overwhelmed in the first few hours without proper documentation =]

the demo offers a battle scenario which is a completely new feature in the game series. You apparently cant build nor research stuff in this scenario so you'll have to use your tactics in this one. And you cant conquer the world in this demo either, which is the whole fun thing of the series =P

For those who never played these games, I suggest you go to the forums and read up on tips and stuff like that to help you because the demo has like no documentation =P
