GTR (where can i find it?)

Hello everyone,

I am obvioulsy a total newbie, even worse I've been looking for the racing game GTR at the usual places. Like Amazon, Ebgames, Bestbuy and so on. I can't find it. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Is it for sale?

I don't know how I survived without this place. Just to give you an idea, I've only played a handfull of games in my life. Quake, Quake2 and Hitman. Played a lot Grandturismo123 for the PS. Now that my daughter is 4 she is a bit more independent and I have time to play games again. :shades:

I have got a lot of reading to do.

Hi abdi. Don't know where you can get GTR (seems like you've looked at some of the best places) but wanted to welcome you to our forums.

Until now the game only had a German publisher (10tacel Studios), that's why you can't find it in US shops. You could try mail ordering it via GoGamer or somesuch place that does imports.

However, it appears Atari has picked up the publishing rights recently, so that should significantly increase the chances of a States-side release. :): I don't know a date though.

Thanks for the great info Frans. :thumbup: I'll keep my fingers crossed for a USA release, but I won't hold my breath. I certainly will give Gogamer a call.
Say, I can get the game imported. I'm going to assume I can play it on Windows XP pro without any major issues? Sorry, if that sounds stupid.
