Multi-Player Trouble

I'm pretty new to PC gaming. My brother and I bought Halo for the PC, and we're trying to play eachother between our 2 house computers. However, you need to have the disc in the drive in order to start the game. Is there any way around this, and if so, how?

Purchase a second copy. Unfortunately, I have not seen the Spawn option in a long time (Starcraft), so, to do multiplay across PC's you need to purchase an additional copy.
