Wow! Nice. Millennium was an excellent and under-rated TV show. I really hope this DVD set gets a UK release...

.

Yeah, I liked it as much or more than The X-files.

I don't think they ever made it into a game though. But it had a great story that would easily lend itself to a classic adventure, an action adventure or some kind of hybrid like Max Payne with puzzles.

Cheers, Terry

I liked the premise and the actors. But I think they screwed up a bit with the weak writing that told you it was going somewhere, but never actually seemed to be going anywhere.

Like most of the show's audience, my interest began to wane when the show began to stagnate. That's why they took it off the air. It was originally supposed to air right up to & through the turn of the century. Because the overall premise was bad/weird/wild stuff was going to happen at that time.

I'd put that show right there with HBO's "Carnivale". Lots of potential, lack of coherent direction and genuine development of overall storyline. For a while there though, "Millennium" was one of my favorite shows.

Carnivale? Have never heard of that one. Is it a new show? Whatever it is, it's not yet been shown in the UK... :(:

It is (or was) an HBO series. Don't worry, you didn't miss anything.

Season 1 was the best of the lot with Millennium. Could be worth having. hmmm...

Lance Henriksen is so cool. Ever see him in Shocker? I'm so glad he's in the new AVP movie. He might just salvage it.

I love seeing all these old series pop up on dvd. Now all I need is Freaky Links and John Doe.
