But, if convicted, do you think he will serve any time in jail?

I highly doubt he'll be serving any time in jail, but that's just my opinion.

California is screwy beyond words. So I have no idea what their juries or courts will deem appropriate punishment if he is found guilty on any, let alone all charges. But these are very serious crimes he is accused of and it would not surprise me if even the laid-back Calfornian mentality finds it highly offensive and worthy of a heavy prison sentence.
The bigger question to me is, at this point, do we send MJ to a prison for men, women or something freakishly in between?

I wonder whether the allegations are true or not. You can never tell when the media is your only source of information...
That said, if he is convicted, they should throw his ass in jail. It'll probably do him good.

Well, the word on the Radio out here, is that everyone expects him to go to prison....but it's term "prison" that is getting the discussion.
The majority seems to think that he will serve in a "minimum" sercurity facility, or some sort of "Looney Farm" to be exact.

In an episode of Law & Order, a DA once mentioned that a good DA can get a ham sandwich indicted if they wanted to.
Though Jackson was indicted, there's no telling what kind of evidence was presented to the grand jury to get the verdict the DAs wanted to be able to leave the courthouse with.
