I liked it. Second play through found a few bugs however. You can't finish the game if you leave before rat man makes the call conversation to 'get the job done'.

Once you have dead Arthur's fingerprints on the back side of the business card in the office, you need to return to the first seafood restaurant with the cardkey security system, use the knife on the poster on the wall to the right of the alleyway gate to get a photo, combine it with the fingerprinted card in your inventory and then use the completed, fake ID card on the door to get into the (private) restaurant. Once inside, talk to the waitress and then exit to the right to enter the kitchen. Try grabbing everything including the Victrola (old fashioned record player) and then talk to the cook. From there, exit the back door of the kitchen to the right to get to the alleyway where you will automatically be taken to a new cut-scene with the big boss.

After that, you need to get the Victrola from the kitchen as well as two tin cans with a string attached from a crate in the alleyway behind the restaurant you where in before the cut scene. But first you need to do a little work with the fuse box in the alley to cut-off the electrcity so you can grab the record player inside. You also need to get a business card from the alley that the thug dropped earlier and distract him from his new post gaurding the big boss'es door. In order to do that, you must go to the other seafood restaurant on the city map (the one that is closed), talk to the owner outside and then give him the thug's business card so he makes a phone call. This distacts the thug so you can access the window to the right of the door he was gaurding with a combination of the Victrola and the tin cans as a listening device, in order to gain the evidence you need to bust the criminal and solve the murder mystery and the fake crab caper.

Hey cougar.
First use the knife on the book.
Then look at the fingerprinting leaflet.
Step 1: hands. Look at his hands.
Step 2: get ink. At the docks get a sponge from the right of the screen. Use the crab on the squid. use sponge on goo.
The rest should be straightforward.

Also, as mentioned above, be sure to open all the crates on the dock and look / take at the contents you can. Seeing that one of the crates contains fake crabs gives you two new destinations on the city may (both are seafood restaurants and both are necessary in order to finish the game).

If you need additional hints about completing the ID card, etc., there are also some other spoilers already posted above.

I went back to the game site to refresh my memory about those details and just now noticed a really good little hint guide for this free adventure title linked to the home page. It is set-up like a UHS cascading text file that will not allow you to see additional spoilers beyond the point you're at. If you get really stuck, give it a try.

:Note to self: never become a detective. cause i suck at trying to sluth a funny game like this..lol

if i hadnt of asked for help this game would've taken me hours and hours. but instead it only took me like 45min.. great ending though!

hahah how ironic, the crab climbed down his pants and ate his ballz and he fell out of a window just a little over 2 inches..haha
