Well I loaded the patch, be warned, I can't even get to multiplayer mode now. Every time I try to the "search for servers" it locks up my pc hard. I don't think it's a firewall issue because I have zonealarm configured to allow the game access to the internet.
I just spent a half hour running a full chkdsk after having to cold boot twice with windows up and running. I tried twice and I'm not going to try for #3. :mad:

eesh......... what's with poorly planned patches lately ??

This one and Far Cry's 1.2 aren't giving me much confidence the QA of the patch makers.
