when i played the first mafia i remember being impressed. I liked it just as much as gta. The main thing i liked was all the in game cut scenes. it was like watching a mob movie. I am a little worried, since i think i have grown bored with sandbox games the last few years. i guess i just like being lead by my hand to each mission. When i am given too many choices of what to do i lose interest. i guess i just like my first person shooters the best where i can finish the game in a reasonable time.

Trust me don't be worried the game is fab. I am the same with games and get bored very quickly in JC2 I finished the main missions and that was it for me just can't be arsed to fly around for hours looking for stuff. But Mafia II is more like GTA than JC2 lots of driving but not too much certainly not like Farcry2 another 1 i got bored of. I am at 67% after 9 hours playing, and the missions are very varied. So far it’s a 10/10 from me and with DLC on the way it can only get better. Its just a shame there is no multiplayer

far cry 2 is another one i had high hopes for. I loved the first one, and i loved crysis and crysis warhead, but they just veered off in a different direction for far cry 2.
Never tried just cause, JUST CAUSE i wasnt sure i would like it.

I like to play games. Mafia 2 is a good action game. Mafia 2 is a action and uncompromising mob story make for an impressive and violent adventure. Mafia 2 is a best game with high technical marks and a compelling story tailored for an adult audience.

I started playing this last week, and have clocked about seven hours so far. Really enjoying it. Playing the 360 version right now but I'll probably get the PC one the next time it hits a Steam super sale.

I just bought this game from ebay because I've read a lot of positive reviews about Mafia II and I decided to buy it from ebay....:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Enjoy, it is a great game...been thinking of another run thru myself.

One of the few TPS that I have ever enjoyed.
