YAY! OMG! I got Teh Sims 2!!!

Yes, it's true. And I'm re-addicted. I started playing yesterday at about 6, and the next thing I knew it was 10:30. I didn't get up once, I got totally and completely drawn into it. And it's laugh out loud funny!

If you liked the first game, you'll love this one, especially the new town development features. The 3D engine is also very well done, and the amount of detail in the objects and in the Sims themselves just blows me away. Finally, a game that's putting my Radeon through its paces!

Yes, I'm being serious. I'm actually really enjoying this game!

OK fine, I bought it too. But I got it for my sister, her birthday is tomorrow. I read some reviews and it looks really cool. I think I'm going to have to give it a whirl.

I have not purchased it yet since I am going on vacation in a week and need the money. But Kathy and I have been waiting for the Sims 2 for quite awhile and I have no problems admitting it. We will pick it up as soon as we get back.

can you make the sims look like your mates, in the first sims game i made them all look like me mates (well they sort of did) and when they came round to look at me pc i put the sims on and made them rub each others backs (in the game) i couldnt stop laughing they however didnt see the funny side i just wonderd if you could make these new sims look even more human a.k.a my mates

I haven't played it yet but I read in a review that faces and the like are much more customizable, so my guess would be yes.

The face has quite a bit of customization to it. So far I am liking what I see and I know Kathy stayed up way too late on a work night playing the game. :lol: We purchased The Sims 2 and KOTOR for PC at the same time, so she basically took over the Sims while I play Knights, but now that she is at work... mhahahah, later every every...
