Stop talking about Vietnam and military service. I'd so like to hear more about the economy, Iraq, etc. I'm so very tired of all this finger pointing about things that happened 40 years ago.

People (hopefully) change and mature in 40 years and wouldnt do today what they did back then.

Just my rant.

All I really care about at this point is a clear victory. Al Gore did incalculable harm to our country after the last election. You already are starting to see the effects in the tone of this campaign and change of posture between parties from rivals to enemies.

I just hope everybody goes out and makes an educated vote. Of course in a perfect world this would happen, but in reality it will not. Honestly I have not been following the policies too closely since I will miss the election by 10 days and will not be able to vote anyway.

To put so much focus on the Vietnam war is a bit rediculous, but I must say I am very interested in if Bush fulfilled his service or not. The reason is to have a president send troops to war and to die when he himself used daddy's help to avoid fighting simply would be disgusting. I hate Bush, but I would feel strongly about any president in the same situation.

Yes, people are beginning to think the documents are forgeries and were generated by a word processor or a computer. Not by a 197- typewriter.

no longer give a crap whether Kerry's or Bush's military service was a total pipe dream or whatever.

If it didn't matter in Clinton's case, and it didn't matter in the Bush 2000 race, it doesn't matter now. This whole goddam thing is an exercise in asininity.

sorry to go off so strong, but thats how I feel. I want to hear the important issues.
