Well, I enjoyed the first one a lot so, depending on the price of this expansion, I'll be picking it up.

I bought it today. So far I am loving it. I have only just started it, and am loving it. The addition of the ability to sprint is nice. They don't ease you into the action the way the first one did. You are quickly running for your life through the forest to a jeep and just trying to stay alive from the very start.
Love this game!!

Yep. I like the fact that you're thrown in on the action like that! You feel like some fresh recruit.
I thought the British bomber sequence was, as they say in Britain, "brilliant". One of my favorites. The one I thought was a little weird, though, is the Sicilian gun campgaign. It was a little too brief and hastily scripted. I would like to have done some more in Italy, like possibly doing a battle along the Gothic Line, or battling in Rome(and liberating it). Even Monte Cassino would be a great one to do, with a final blast of the monastery killing all the nazis hiding within. Maybe those could be ideas for the NEXT expansion pack.
I can only hope that the Medal of Honor:Pacific Assault game will cover the big and/or key battles in Asia. I'm looking forward to that game very much.

It's ok...the single player is fun, and for the most part so is the multiplayer but I find the addition of vehicles to be extremely irritating. The tanks are so overpowered it's ridiculous. Any map that has tanks will devolve into a Tank vs. Tank melee while everyone else runs like hell to avoid the crossfire. It's one of those things that everybody thinks "hey, cool!" when they first try it out, but I predict that most people will quickly tire of this routine. I just couldn't get over the feeling of how bad the tanks controlled and moved compared to BF1942. Though if you manage to find a server where vehicles are turned off, it's a blast.
