Acclaim's no longer in trouble. They're now kaput! Gone! Fini! All due to their own stupidity in which the former employees suffer the most, of course. Now Acclaim's gotta liquidate what assets they've got (even right down to staples and rubber bands!) in order to repay as much as they can. Otherwise, they're finished as a company. I only hope their former employees can quickly find work in the gaming industry ASAP.
