after simcity 2000, i was hooked. now ive been playing alot of simulation games. my latest is simcity4 which i love and im expecting locomotion to blow my socks off.

I think locomotion is basically just a rehash of Transport Tycoon which will be playable on modern systems. You should try Transport Giant www.transportgiant.com only way you can get it in the US is through british import though. They wont have a US release. I really like Transport Giant =] There is also Railroad Tycoon 3 =P

its not a rehash, its a sequel. almost the same thing, but many of the problems have been fixed and alot of elements have been added to the game. nonetheless, it will be great.

I'm still wondering whats new added to the game though hehe Can we make really big long trains now? Something like in Transport Giant? =]

There arent any details out yet, I guess well have to wait until closer to the release date (september 7th) for more details. Even so, I like the idea of a never version of Transport Tycoon. Chris Sawyer has said that there will be significant AI changes in this game.

Oh wow. I was reading the Gamespot review and I saw that you can go head to head against another player. Thats really cool. Me and my friend had alwasy been comparing by watching the other play, or by video, now we can go head to head.
