u dont get it, buy bf:1942 if you want ww2, why would you mod the vietnam expension back to the original?

I never thought I would see a World War II themed mod ever again (Day of Defeat being the only one that I had known of). Haha, rather ironic. I would love to check it out, but I don't have BF Vietnam.

The graphics in BFV are a bit better than BF1942, so it will be interesting to see what enhancements will be involved with the mod.

Yeah very true a graphics update and now you can play music from the cars/helos (wtfomgwtf who cares!!!11!!!1!).

After looking at the screenshots, I actually like the brighter, more cartoony graphics of the original. It should be interesting to see what the different animations are like. Overall, it looks kind of cool, if not a little unecessary.

I downloaded the MOD today. And I got to play Wake island with a couple of people. And I have to say that this MOD is pretty good.

The new tall grass makes it really cool to hide in ambush. Tanks are gonna get a big surprise from this mod. Other than the tall grass I cannot tell other improvements. I'll have to play it for a while to see what else is new.

PS: I haven't used the FLAMETHROWER, although I suspect it to be sweet.
