the graphics never really impressed me; but thats probably so the game can be even more accesible; what is interesting is the new physics model they plan to implement, it can add alot to the gameplay if the maps utilize it correctly.
An engine that looks pretty awesome is the one for the new Starship Troopers' FPS.

I am waiting for this game, I had a ton of fun in BF1942 but I never played vietnam as much as 1942. I thought vietnam was better, but I guess I was just burnt out on that style of gameplay.

these graphics looks pretty good, i think thye lowered them so that more people could play the game, lots of games have done that. look at operation flashpoint. the game rocked, but the graphics sucked, thats so you could play it on practically whatever machine you had.
