hello every one, this is my first post so please be kind, i come with my tail between my legs and groveling to any one that can possibly help me. i like to think of my self as a fairly active user of the PS2 and have many games and can normally complete them after many weeks of sitting up till three then felling sh*t at work with a fuzzy head.

but one that has driven (excuse the punn) me total mad is a particular mission on driver 3. it is making me mad. i would be so great full if some can tell me a secret of cheat that can beat it as it has been many weeks and many night and has taken over my life.

the mission is a car chase, (cant even remenber the mission name and i am at work so cant check but its after the one when you drive the car over fifty to stop the bomb going off) i simply have to jump in the car and chase a silver car which has "borris" (i think) in the car and i am to shoot it and stop it but after nearly 1000+ attempts i can not catch it. even with some seriously good driving ( which happens after 1000+ atempts ) the slightest mistake and they are lost.

the chase reminds me of the chase in Ronin the film, with robert deniro, any way i dont mean to side track ( probably waffling due to insomnia) so can any one please please please help and i will be there cyber bit*h on this forum for ever!

( ihave done the usual cheats like infinity ammo and the rest but a lot of then dont work in the "undercover missions part) I NEED SOME TO HELP WHO HAS ACTUALLY DONE IT.

many thanks in advance :):

There is an excellent FAQ at www.gamefaqs.com. Go there and look up Driv3r under their PS2 category. The one I'm talking about was created by "Swiftshark" and it seems to have a lot of pointers and strategy that will hopefully help you out.

If it makes you feel better, Swiftshark calls that mission the most difficult and most frustrating in the entire game.

(I'm afraid gamefaqs doesn't allow direct linking, so I can't do that. And I don't want to directly copy Swiftshark's FAQ to here, due to copyright.)

Hope that helps!
