Those Specs are perfectly fine for the game ive played it on my system which has lower specs, do you have all the latest drivers etc, and enough hdd space to run the game. Ive checked the game forums and nothing listed.

Welcome to 3D Gamers!
You don't list all the system specs.. which would be more helpful.
The memory amount looks odd.. 1.5 Gb. That should be an even amount of 1 Gb or 2 Gb, if your mobo has dual-channel memory setup. Check the manual for the mobo to see what recommended memory setups are listed.
Also check the Device Manger from the Hardware tab of the System icon in the Control Panel. Look for any splatzes (warning marks) by any device.. that would indicate a driver problem or conflict with another device. Ensure that the full set of mobo drivers are installed, so all features are properly recognized. And also check to see if there are any recent non-Beta driver sets for your video card model. And also ensure that the latest DirectX programming is installed.
It also may be due to the scheme of your audio setup.. perhaps setting a default to surround-sound or plain stereo may allow playability.
And how many background programs are active when you run this feature? Possibly too high a memory demand.

Maybe try uninstalling the game....then reinstalling.

Also make sure you have the latest patch.
