Meh.. i'll end up seeing it, but going by Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat films i don't expect much.

I found the first Mortal Kombat enjoyable for a video game movie. Street Fighter was enjoyable on the 'OMG this is so horrible it is funny' level. I heard the DOA movie is supposed to be enjoyable on the same level. I feel the Tekken movie will be apart of a long line of cash in quick games to movie though. Tekken isn't even popular anymore, not in the same way Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat were at the time of their movies were released.

But they just released Tekken 6. Hopefully they'll make it an all star cast like Jackie Chan, etc. Since most of the characters in Tekken are based from a real person. Though I doubt they'll be willing to spend that much for it.

EDIT: Wait, they can just use their existing 3d models for Tekken 6 if they're not gonna use actors like Jackie Chan. I think it will be a lot better that way.
