here you can win doom 3 its a strange language but can some1 help me translate

Yep, that's dutch. There's a promotion where you can win a lot of prizes, and one of them is Doom 3, but it's only available for people in the Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxemburg).

To participate you have to register and then follow the guidelines on the site.
