Welcome to 3D Gamers!
Noted a possible cause.. ..detecting CPU, found Intel Pentium III
Your system may not be above the minimal requirements to play the game decently.
And the program is looking for a FF (force-feedback?) type mouse?

Post your complete system specs..
processor type, mobo type, hard drive type/free space, and system memory plus video card type.
For "decent" playability, you would need a system running at least a Pentium 4 or "D" at 2 Ghz, or AMD equivalent, with minimal system memory of 1 Gb, a hard drive of at least 80 Gb with more than 10 Gb of free space.. and a video card of at least 128 Mb.. 256 Mb preferred. Sound setups are really no problem.. almost any type will work well. But for video, you need the latest non-Beta drivers, and the latest DirectX version for your OS type.

i m using P-IV 2.4GHz with 256MB memory, 80GB HDD, ATI GeFroce4 Ti 4800SE VGA card. now i think MOHAA should work with this specs.

Don't mix ATI with nVidia! Like dynamite and matches!!
If this link (http://www.nvidia.com/page/geforce4ti.html) references to your video card, it may be adequate for most gaming.. but lacks the higher performance of the 8x AGP versions.
Yet your system memory is only 256 Mb?? Hardly enough to load the OS and basic files.
The hard drive is only a repository for files. Programs are fully loaded into memory for use. The hdd is too slow for response otherwise.
Looks like your system needs some upgrades.
If the program shows a 'minimum' requirement, surely it will work on such setups.. but not with any satisfying results.
From this specs link (http://www.ultimate-gamer.com/mohaa/moh.htm), the game should work decently on the "recommended" setup. But that may have been with Windows 95 or 98.. Win XP loads more than twice as much programming files.
See if your mobo can support an 8X AGP video card. The nVidia 7000 series are great, and not all that expensive. But do increase your system memory to a minimal 1 GB for better all-around performance. And if you have your video aperture set to 128 Mb or 256 Mb, you are loosing lots of OS memory access. Set that aperture to no more than 25% of total system memory.

ok you are right....
but currently i am playing "call of duty 2" and selected high texture and grafix details and it is working fine. also playing max payne2 and it is also working great with maximum grafix details. then why i m not able to run this game.
sorry i wrote 256mb RAM infact its 512MB that i installed on my system.
regards.

It would not be wasted money to increase your system memory to 1 GB. You would note better performance all around. There may be greater resolution needs for this program.. and the video card just isn't up to the required speed of image processing. See if you can find someone with a system nearly identical to yours, but with a better video card, to see if there is a difference. I would look for a better video card, at least a 256 Mb model with minimal 8 pixel pipelines and core speed greater than 400 Mhz.
Your processor type is also important. If a Celeron model, it may have a low L2 cache level.. that is where programming instruction sets are cached. The larger the L2 cache, the more efficient the CPU can work. Otherwise, frequent backtracking to the programming for instruction sets is needed. And if the processor has the HT feature, check to see if it is enabled.
Use a diagnostics program such as Everest Ultimate Diagnostics from www.lavalys.com/ which is not expensive to purchase. There also is PC Wizard from www.cpuid.com/pcwizard.php .
Everest has a free-trial version, but some features are locked out. PC Wizard is freeware, but the programmers would appreciate a donation to keep it so.
Either program can reveal all the secrets of your system.. and provide hints for better performance.
Maybe just a driver update for the video would improve matters.
