Show frames per second in Doom3?

I can open the console, but don't know how to make the fps show. Any ideas? I am getting good, smooth game play, but I would like to see exactly how smooth it actually is.

Well, since I don't own it yet all I can do is guess. Have you checked the game's .ini file to see if there's a line that looks like...

fps=0

or something like that ??

If you find one, change that zero to a one and you should be good to go.

fps=1
