Again I feel slighted, left out and ignored because my next door nieghbor threw a party and didn't invite me...........

BUT THE LAS VEGAS MUNICIPAL POLICE DEPARTMENT SWAT TEAM WAS

I was sitting at home last night when my two dogs started to go crazy(plus others around) so I walked out front to see who was aggrivating my dogs. when I got around to my garage I saw a man and a woman standing on my driveway.

I was about to ask them to leave(thought they were friends of my nieghbors) when I noticed that the guy was wearing a Kevlar helmet, full body armor and toteing a MP5 Submachinegun. So I ask him,(politely)is everything allright, he say's "everything is fine, someone has a problem with drugs"

Turns out my nieghbor was selling Meth and Pot, and who knows whar else. So for the next couple of hours we got a live showing of "cops".
I counted at least a dozen swat members , a half dozen undercover narc police, three or four detectives, some black and whites and two K-9 units with drug sniffing dogs. I'll find out more of the story because my daughter speeks to him on occation and goes to the same school.

What a night.

At that point, I would have ran off screaming into the night

Well at least you weren't baking something and walked out covered in flour. :p:

I'm glad you asked him politely, Lou!

SELLING meth is one thing, but MAKING meth is totally different, insofar as the neighbor's safety is concerned. Missouri seems to be the meth-lab capital of America. Every week or so a meth-lab is getting busted, or blows up.

And it's the ones that blow up that are most dangerous, because the explosions usually kill or injure anyone within 50 yards of the explosion.

Interesting night! It was probably for the best he didn't invite you.

Meth labs certainly are dangerous. What's amazing is how often the labs are in residential homes where kids are present. When the house is busted not only is the parent[s] charged with drug related crimes but usually also faces child abuse charges b/c the lab is inherently dangerous to the welfare of the children.

.

Wait. Don't :button:

Instead, maybe your neighborhood could just adopt a new slogan like...

"Better Living Through Chemistry"

 huh?

Cheers, Terry
