I saved them all so I could get the achievement, and I didn't really find myself missing the 80 extra adam. On my second playthrough though I'll harvest so I can see the evil ending :p:

actually it's only 40 extra adam, because every 3 you save nets you a care package containing 200

and I can't bring myself to harvest them

Cool, when I returned to the game this morning I restarted before I Harvested the Little Sister.
