Musicmatch Inc., a leader in personalized music software and services, and Intel, world's premier motherboard distributor and leading chip maker have made an agreement that Musicmatch Jukebox music software and services will ship with future Intel desktop motherboards.

Intel customers will receive the award winning Musicmatch Jukebox, including the Musicmatch Radio, Musicmatch MX and Musicmatch Downloads services on Intel's desktop motherboard resource disc.
Musicmatch Jukebox is the nation's number-one selling music software at retail for the fifth consecutive year. It is also the tenth most popular internet application.

Jukebox currently ships with leading PC OEMs, as well as more than 60 hardware devices. With this agreement Musicmatch Jukebox will reach out to millions of new potential new users.

Intel had been shipping RealPlayer on the disks earlier. This agreement is expected to have little impact on RealNetworks . It has been fighting for position in the much larger and more lucrative consumer electronics market where it is facing competition from heavy weight Microsoft.

Listeners will be able to listen to and download their favorite songs through Musicmatch Radio, Musicmatch MX and Musicmatch Downloads services.
